Nick was super helpful with getting my new internet set up. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. He was very informative and showed me the map of how well my service would be in my area. It has been working great!

My boyfriend & I had a quick & easy trip to our local t-mobile store yesterday. They helped me find a new phone, set it up & had us on our way in less than 20 minutes with the best (cheapest) deal. Thank you!

So, the employees are very nice. But, all the hidden fees and extra charges that are left out didn't fly with me. I was a customer for maybe 24 hours. I also hated the "free phone" it's a galaxy a14 and it's the most basic phone and not worth the package price. Your monthly bill will fluctuate. I was planning on $80 but it would have been well over $130+. As someone on a fixed income, I just couldn't afford it. I was charged $50 for the return of the phones the very next day. I don't recommend.

My elderly mother went to T-Mobile for help with a land line. The representative talked her into purchasing 2 cell phones for $241.00 and $76.00 per month fee for service. My elderly mother has a hard time with technology and explained that to the representative. When she returned the phones 2 days later, T-mobile only returned $125.03 of her money. The contract said she had 14 days to return the phones. It was not made clear that if she returned the phones within those 14 days that she would not get all of her money back. T-Mobile profited $115.97 in the 2 days my mother had the phones. Beware. Dont send your elderly parents to T-Mobile.

Never and I mean NEVER go here. First we turned in a phone for a credit and they "lost it" causing us to have to fight for over a year to get them to apply the credit to our line. Which they "had" to do in payment credits on our bill each month. (?? They can't cover a phone cost?) We had to fight with multiple people every month to get it applied each time even though it was "on file". Then while we're stuck with them waiting on them to finish their monthly payment plan (credits to our bill) with us we added a line. Went in and they offered us a promotion on the new phone. Bare faced lied to us about it as it showed up full price on the bill. Went in to confront them and they lied saying thay they never offered a promotion. We paid every other line off that night and left to get a different carrier...but wait, we're still "Sim locked" until they pay off their portion of the payments on the first phone. Now we can't return the new phone (bought 9 days ago), can't unlock our paid off phones and transfer them, and still on the phone arguing with them every month. Top it off with us being in store and them "attempting to notate the account" and every other customer in there were only there to discuss similar complaints. It happens too much here to be a coincidence. This is a sales tactic to get the sale and let "corporate" figure it out. Unless you enjoy wasting days here and becoming frustrated beyond belief on a monthly basis, then I would suggest never coming here, or T-Mobile in general.
