        Was able to go in and process a loan payoff in less than ten minutes. The lady assisting was super helpful and gave great advice.

        We really like TVA. The staff their are friendly at every branch that I've visited. They have good rates and are great to work with from my experiences.

        (This review is for in person banking, not the drive thru)..Don't know why it says drive-thru only when they have walk-in service, Lovell/West Knox location. Nice on the phone... Racist in person. I've been banking here for over 37 years. Will Not be using KNOXTVACU anymore. Treated me like a criminal ..and I was depositing money; not withdrawing! Also, this Lovell Rd/N. Peters/Seven Oaks location has way to many tellers for the the amount of walk-ins. The giant "blonde" woman at this location is especially a real pill. Withdrawing funds and moving to another bank. Not interested in banking with this dysfunctional, non-diverse cesspool.
