        Barron Courts request an application fee of $35 but when I went by there to view the place, they wouldn't let me view an apartment before applying. Then after I applied, they want me to opt into some program where I send my paycheck directly into their bank account in the amount of rent like your not responsible enough to pay from your own account. I have no evictions on my credit & I surely don't feel comfortable sending money to someone else's bank account. Not worth the trouble
