        If I could give zero stars, I would definitely give zero stars. I have never seen a business have operation hours and when you call you get no answer, there is no response to voicemails, or when I actually drive the business during operating hours and no one will answer the door. The absolute WORST! I have been trying to cancel this insurance policy with them for a month!

        The WORST. I don't have enough time to go through the NUMEROUS times I've had bad experiences with this office. It has been like pulling teeth to get information and closure on quotes. I have NEVER had to push a company, call and email so many times just to do business! Over the past few years, I've tried to remain a loyal customer of Nationwide, but the practices of this particular office are well-below what one expects from a Nationwide office. I can't recommend this office to anyone who is serious about customer service and consistency and follow-through.
