Kevin White - State Farm Insurance Agent

I never would have thought I'd be leaving a one star review for State Farm. Had them off and on for going on 29 years, and until this office, never had problems with them. This is directly pointed towards this office. We have on several occasions dropped off a check that didn't get applied. Just learned our insurance rate doubled this renewal due to "vandalism & break ins" in the Memphis area. First off, they don't cover ANYTHING stolen from inside your vehicle, and the $500 deductible is 2x the cost of just replacing the broken glass. I unfortunately have had my truck broken into and did not file a claim.Mr White is personable enough, but he has a guy working there, Jeremy, who I've found to be nothing but condescending and rude over the few times Ive had to deal with him. Told me our policy was canceled due to "non payment", to which i said well i guess thats a good thing because we want to cancel;( they have been payed, btw, he just isnt seeing it for some reason) to which he replied " Well yall will have to come in , and Lynsey will have to cancel due to us having 2 vehicles on the policy....Will be taking our business elsewhere. After 5 years, no claims, they don't even have the decency to pick up a phone and explain why our rates literally are more than the vehicle payments out of the blue.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I worked hands on with Jeremy who was knowledgeable and helpful when picking a plan for me! Loved the vibes here.

Kevin explains the (life) policies thoroughly, with patience and no judgement. He is genuinely concerned about the client. When he recommended a policy to me, he considered all of my concerns, and then tailored the policy to fit my needs, goals, and current situation. He provides a full range of options and services, using a holistic approach. I felt comfortable with him and he made sure to answer all of my questions. All of the office staff are friendly and dependable. Very trustworthy.

Kevin has a great team - Jeremy got me started up on the right plan right on time without ever feeling like I was just be handled. They answer your calls and deal in solutions. Highly recommend
