Seemed like a good company at first; but the properties they sell have turned out to be pretty terrible and they provide no support. UPDATE: Marla is always attentive when she is asking for money on behalf of the PM. Whenever I have a question for her it is "I don't know, take it up with somebody else." I have verification of this as well. Buy Memphis Now will tell you the property management company is a third party and separate, but BMN is very involved in a lot of PM decisions. This makes for a convenient way for all parties to avoid responsibility by pointing fingers. And finally, of course I have only purchased the one home, and it has lost a lot of my hard-earned money so thank you for that. Why would I want to repeat the process?

We are out of state investors and BMN was easy to work with and trustworthy. Our property ended up having some unforeseen problems, but they worked above and beyond to correct them, even months after the fact. This is a company that will work with you to make sure things are right. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Buy Memphis Now is an excellent Turnkey property provider! I purchased three houses from them in 2018 and all of them are performing exactly as promised. All three properties were rehabbed and transferred to a partner company for the property management. The rents that Craig at Buy Memphis Now estimated we would get were the rents the property manager rented the property for. On a couple of the properties, there were minor repairs that were needed a few months post closing. I contacted Craig and explained the issues. For a few of the items, Craig agreed to repair the items and a few we decided that we would split the cost because we weren't sure if it was an issue after rehab or not. In all cases, he was completely fair and honest. I am an out of state investor and I don't know Memphis well. I know I can trust Craig and Buy Memphis Now to put me in quality homes and be there post-sale to stand behind their product. I will definitely buy more properties from them in the future. They do a great job!!

Horrible experience with the Turnkey provider. As an out of state investor I chose this company over others for my first turnkey rental property purchase and I am now repenting my decision. They sold me a property that are having break-ins from Day 1! Apparently a squatter seems to claim the property by breaking in from the very first day, they are very well aware of this situation before they sold it to me as I have photos showing that similar break-ins happened even before me buying this property! I also had to lose my tenant because of these break-ins. If the break-ins started happening after a year or so of my purchase I can understand but these started happening even before I purchased the property and as an Out Of State investor I trusted them but they hid this information from me and sold the property. As an out of state investor I expect them as a turnkey provider to at least take hold of the current situation and secure the property and make sure that the property is break-in free and then hand over it to me as I was not aware of all these issues while buying the property! However they chose not to answer my emails now after the latest break in! Now I am left with the mortgage burden each month with no tenants and had to deal with these break-in expenses! I am not sure how to stop these break-ins as I am out of state! All my savings are gone because of this and I am stuck!!
