Kwik Kar Wash & Auto of Arlington

This place is sad and pathetic. It took 2 hours to get an oil change, I was lied to about my wiper blade replacement and the "ultimate wash" doesn't cover anything but what a hard rain would clean.

Went through the wash and it pulled the passenger bumper from the wheel well. Informed a manager and was given the classic well we have signs.. I 100% expect the possibility of clear coat swirls and even scratches when you gamble with this type of car wash but I dont expect trim pieces to get pulled off. Theres even a camera pointing directly at the side that was damaged but they wont check the footage. Just want it to be known publicly that my bumper was not "loose" as stated by the owner before entering the tunnel. This is a like new Expedition that I take meticulous care of never having been in an accident. That statement of re-attaching the bumper is referring them offering to fix it with JB Weld which is NOT a certified repair. I never stated I wanted cash I requested that the repairs get taken care of appropriately. Usually through insurance. It was also stated to me by an employee "well the owner is kinda a stickler so he's not going to do much to help you out." Apparently this is more than true based on your response. Again there is a camera that points directly at the passenger side of vehicles you can check the footage and can easily tell this vehicle did not have a loose bumper before entering your tunnel.
