White House Black Market

This place could be charming but it lacks any friendliness or warmth. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to be kind and facilitate the customer’s experience, but it does take a lot of effort to go out of one’s way to act belittling when nothing precipitated such a response. This is a mid-tier store that should be fun and comfortable to shop in, but the display of diva behavior is appalling.

I really love this store. The ladies that help me was truly a blessing. They made me feel as if I was the only person in the store. The outfits I brought with the jewels was too she for. I cannot wait to return and I hope they will be there again❣️

Outstanding!!!! 2 ladies helped me find the perfect outfit for my needs. I didn't expect to find anything fitting nor my size. They were so nice, they worked so fast and quickly located many items. But the first outfit they chose was the BEST! P.S. I was hired for the job I am currently enjoying. I didn't forget how much the ladies assisted me in finding the perfect items for the job interview. I'm so happy to be working where I am as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. The ladies at WHBM assisted me the way I enjoy assisting my patients. Thanks again (2 years later)
