Hyde Park Court Apartments - North Campus

Called HPC home for over three years and easily my favorite of the Hyde Park Austin apartments I've lived in (and Hyde Park is my favorite neighborhood in Austin)— this is an amazing location and my unit had a very efficient layout that was just what I needed. Couldn't be more convenient for the CapMetro Rapid stop, walk to Central Market through the park, perfect for car-free life. The management was local and great at communications.

I lived at the fully furnished apartment at Hyde Park Court Apartments. The apartments are located in a good locality (grocery stores, laundry stores, bus stops, walking distance to UT) and the management is really responsive, accommodating and kind. I had a comfortable stay at this place. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place north of UT Austin campus.

Chris and his team at Westside Group are absolutely wonderful. I lived at Westside Group properties for three years and had a great experience with the office, maintenance, and responsiveness of the management. The Hyde Park Court property is older, but it is spacious and reasonably priced. I had a smooth move-in and move-out. I had some maintenance issues (including an unfortunate hole in my ceiling when a subcontractor was repairing the roof), but I was compensated, and it was responded to quickly. Overall, a great place to live and good value.

Great location and amicable staff! I am just finishing out my 4th month, and I am excited to renew my lease for the next year. The amenities are easy to access and the neighbors are kind.

I lived at both the 6th street and the Hyde park court locations for 11 years and couldn’t be more pleased. Any maintenance issue that arised was taken care of promptly and diligently. I would recommend this management team to any relative or close friend.
