Spectra Parks

We really loved the Citizen House Decker name, color scheme and overall brand impression. I’m not sure what Spectra Parks is but we’ll live with it. They added valet trash just today which is a nice perk without having to pay extra for it. No one lives above me yet which makes living here nice and quiet. Overall a cute complex with bright interiors. Love my fiber internet service so much. The gym is very decent. Haven’t talked to any new people in management but I’ve heard good things. Can’t wait to try out the pool in the summer.

So far it’s been great. Work orders have all been resolved quickly and our new apartment has been perfect and the amenities are nice. New management just took over let’s hope is stays this way!

This is an amazing place to live, by far the best one I’ve ever lived before. They organize community activities twice a month and it’s great because you get to meet neighbors and potential make good friends. People living here and very nice and we help each other, I highly recommend moving to Citizens House Decker!!

We love our new home! Quiet community, brand new, friendly neighbors, and top-notch office staff! A great perk is not having to deal with I-35 traffic as we drive downtown for work.
