I live in this apartment and I appreciate the work of Chris, the manager of the apartments. He make sure to satisfy his customers even out of his working hours. He is such a best and an amazing leader.

This place is the definition of the following; digsuting, , horrible mangment, and much more. This place doesn't care of what conditions you are living in, they just want money. If you want something good, choose something other than this. This place has no hot water out of the blue, and they don't care how much time it takes to repair. Please DO NOT live here. I would give it zero star, but because that is not possible. I'm giving it a one. I hope all the people living there move out soon.

Shabby apartment complex and management team. Leasing agents are awesome but the support behind them are trash. Car broken into within the first month. Multiple requests for camera footage for APD were ignored. Charged a late fee when their app failed to auto draft. Then entered my apt while I was at home asleep to post an eviction notice inside my door. No notification that the rent hadnt been withdrawn on time (i assume the banks were closed as it was a holiday) and no sympathy for a screw up that wasnt me. Building is old every step the floor is creaking loudly (not in a good way) and updates are just paint slapped on everything. Carpet was already dingy on the day I moved in. Lets see if they blame me for that. Old appliances, old bathroom fixtures with some new paint slapped on. No consideration for tenants. A full month without hot water in multiple buildings (for the holidays thanksgiving to Christmas in 2022) then at this moment closing on 2 months to fix pipes in multiple buildings. All that with zero communication outside of we are working on it and only when asked. Left wet sheet rock on my patio and it still sitting there since Christmas and we are in February. Ceiling caved in the washer room due to pipes bursting. That wet Sheetrock is still there as well and I cannot use the washer room. Also zero compensation or understanding given for the serious inconveniences over this 3+ month time period. Im moving out and definitely never coming back. I can pay the same amount of money to another complex with more actual updates. Update: still wait for the pipes to be fixed going on 3 months. Still no compensation for being forced to pay for public washers. And had the nerve to send me a rental renewal form with a higher price than Ive been paying.
