Sacred Owl Massage

The first time I saw Erica felt more like a spiritual experience than just a massage. My body felt electric during and after the session. I could tell she wasn't following a general routine applied to everyone, but rather, that she was truly tuning in to my body's individual needs and pain points. Her space and the music she plays both accentuated my sense of relaxation. I feel the "real world" disappear when I am in there. I feel true peace, every single time. When I leave, my body feels like it can breathe again. She should be on EVERYONE'S Austin bucket list. 11/10

So much more than a massage. It felt like Erica understood what I needed a lot more than I did. The experience went beyond just massage. I felt like I was being treated to ancient knowledge. It's really hard to describe. It was like church for the body. I'm going back.

About 2 weeks ago, I got a sudden, excruciating pain in my back. I went to a chiropractor, sports medicine physical therapist, posture therapist, Family Practitioner, and acupuncturist. I was given exercise advice, muscle relaxers, and stretching worksheets with about 40% pain reduction after seeing all these professionals and spending upwards of $700 (I dont have health insurance). Today I was blessed with an hour and a half session with Erika, and I have felt NO PAIN in my back since I left her studio. I am in shock. She is a magician! I havent received many massages, and Erika made me feel so comfortable. The space was clean and cozy, and she was so warm and made me feel truly cared for. I cant wait to go back and I cannot recommend her enough.
