My sales representative was very helpful and transparent and let me know everything I needed. The technician who installed my system was so kind and told me with complete honesty everything I needed and what would be best for me. I was very happy. I have been trying to get a refund from Bulldog security since september. My card was charged for a keybpad i never received. It has been very hard to get them to refund me my money. I keep getting referred to different people and when i get someone, they keep telling me that it should have been processed and the waiting game begins once more.. Be careful when providing a card to these folks. As of today, nov 9th, i have not received a refund of the monies this company charged to my card. Folks beware!
