I am going to submit a honest review now that we moved out. I also would like to inform others that this apartment complex rewards residents with a chance to win a parking spot of choice for x amount of time in exchange for a positive review. (Explains all the great reviews and wish I had known that) When we first moved in, we could tell there was some issues especially with the floor. The entire unit was un-even. There was previous damage by previous tenants, the patch up work wasnt great it was definitely manager special when you took a closer look. We didnt mind as we really wanted to live on that side of town. The issues we faced was the unit basically was falling apart and for the price we were paying it was not aesthetically pleasing. Once the rain started the ceiling would leak from multiple locations. Though we put in this complaint & maintenance request multiple times, it was never fixed and was an issue that never got resolved. The paint from the ceiling would fall off in patches and it was never repaired. Another issue we faced was the AC unit constantly went out. I get the heatwave is going to be hard but theres no reason our place couldnt cool below 78 (80 most the time) for a two- three month period. There was also a time we werent able to use our master restroom for 2+ weeks due to a leak below us. Lastly, upon move out when the couch was moved it pulled up the vinyl that was glued to the uneven floor. I can only describe this vinyl as something that should be placed on a wall, not floor, its very thin and lifts easy. They sent a 1,200+ bill over this vinyl that shouldnt even be on those uneven floors. I would be cautious because it is a large amount of money for something that isnt necessarily your fault. You should be able to move your furniture without a issue like this. Just would like to warn others, check into everything, look at the ceilings if you see tape with paint over it everywhere take that as a huge red flag, check the ac, and dont be in a rush to move just because its a nicer side of town. update: I contacted the email they left below and its not even the correct email for this location. They do not care to resolve your issues & complaints. Checked in on a friend still living there and shes having major problems + cant wait till her lease is up to move! Be careful out there

Nice apartments but very crowded. Apartment living is unique on its own but this one is packed like sardines in a can. No thank you but nice pool.

I probably just dropped off someone here because I'm an Uber driver so I really don't recall being here. I give hundreds of rides on a monthly basis and they all seem to integrate with each other. I'm probably getting burnt out because they all seem the same to me. Just another ride, another person... No big deal. But this algorithm doesn't seem to understand that just because I go to a certain place doesn't mean I went there on my accord. I guess the "I" in AI is missing.
