        June was unbelievable the customer service that she gave to us it's not one you see very often she went Way Beyond what was expected from her children be courteous very professional and very very kind throughout the entire process we so much appreciated that type of customer service unbelievable

        T-moble has the worst customer service. I need a simple unlock code for a tablet, since I switched to at&t, customer care sends me to the store, and the store didn't even attempt to help. You guys should really work on customer solutions instead of passing the buck. Absolute worst.
