I highly recommend Bill Goin Homes, Inc. They were on time, the service was great and the cost was discussed up front and reasonable. Also, I would hire them again.

We had a terrible experience with Bill Goin Homes. We paid him nearly 15 thousand dollars to repair a leaking balcony patio and after he was finished it leaks worse than before and other contractors have told us the entire thing will essentially have to be redone. After all we spent with him he did not fix the problem at all. He was not responsive when we tried to make him aware of the issues and it was difficult to get him to try and address the shortcomings of his repairs. He or his people would not show up when promised and he acted like he was doing us a favor for having to stand behind his work. He made my pregnant wife cry several times because of how rude and disrespectful he was. Instead of fixing it the right way I believe he was trying to put bandaid fixes on it (based on what other contractors have told me after seeing his work). We finally lost faith in his ability or desire to do the job right and gave up. At the same time we had also hired him to do some interior painting that also turned out to be a disaster. His painters were shockingly sloppy, not taping anything off or putting drop cloths down...paint all over hardware/fixtures, they sprayed paint all over the side of our brand new washing machine, paint handprint on a $1500 speaker, didnt prep any surfaces, didnt listen to any of our paint selections, we told them exactly what paint and colors we wanted and they used cheap junk paint and the colors werent even close. He gave this paint crew access to the key to our house which we never authorized. Bottom line not what you expect paying for a professional paint job, we could have done a way better job ourselves. His painters also almost started a fire, the left an empty roll of tape in a wall light fixture touching a bulb, thankfully we were home and noticed the burning smell. When we were trying to salvage the paint job Bill had the nerve to say "Were not trying to make it perfect." His workers ruined our staircase finish which now needs to be refinished. Overall our experience with him was very disappointing and almost everything he did we are dissatisfied with and will have to be redone. Based on his statements and actions he did not seem concerned with high quality work or standing behind his work.
