Terrible. Called and got a rate for the week. Went to pay and they raised there rates by 45. Lobby stinks like mold and legal weed crap. Pot holes in drive way. This place used to be awesome. Hookers, pimps and crack heads... Corpus really sucks now!

VERY DISGUSTING ROOMS!! Holes in the walls, smelled like mold, pubic hair on bed sheets, stuff splattered on the walls. MARIJUANA IN ONE OF THE DRAWERS!!!! Had very poor customer service. Checked in, walked to the room and walked right back out and refused to give our money back. Do not stay here!!! Especially if you have children.... Don't let your babies in there.

This place started real sketchy. It has two driveways and both of them have huge potholes if you're not careful. Walking into the lobby, it reeked of mold. There was nobody at the Front desk, so we waited for someone to show up. When she finally showed up, I didn't even know she worked there because she wasn't wearing any sort of uniform. She took my credit card and ID, then said she would have to check if the room was ready since it was only 1pm. She was joined by someone who I assume was housekeeping and asked her to check the room. My sister was there with me, so I left her at the desk to accept the keys while I used the restrooms in the lobby. There were no sanitary liners, paper towels, or soap available to use. I was surprised there was toilet paper. I came back and my sister said the room was ready. She had already been joined by my husband and brother so we headed up to check out the room. The key they gave her was a long card that had holes punched in. My husband joked that anybody with a hole puncher and plastic card could enter our room. We got in the ONLY elevator that then took forever to get to the 2nd floor. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and was very dark and damp. We entered the room and it smelled like somebody poured a bottle of fabric softener in a corner. It was a little much. The bathroom had mold and the tub was so dark with filth. The towels were falling apart. The furniture was so dated that it was falling apart. My brother sat on the edge of the bed and the whole bed came forward. We decided to go see my family before settling in, so we turned down the ac unit and closed the window curtains. The curtains were completely moth-eaten. As we were leaving the room, my husband found a cockroach in plain view. We had definitely seen enough. We went back downstairs and notified the front desk that the room was unfit for us. She asked what was wrong and her only solution was to remove the cockroach from the room. She didn't offer us a room change or any compensation for our troubles. We left it at that because we had relatives to visit. We called the hotel back later letting them know we weren't staying the night and wanted our money back because that room was unstable and not at all how was described on their website. The manager's response was that there are no refunds and that they couldn't do anything about it since we had already checked in. She also asked why we had checked in so early. She mentioned that nobody should've been checked in until 3pm. We told her to take that up with her employees and that we still expected that refund because we weren't staying the night at all. She said she would get in touch with the owner and she would call us back. We gave her an hour, then called her back. She said she hadn't been able to talk to the owner yet because she was very busy. This was around 4, so we decided to call other hotels in the area, being that it was memorial weekend, if they had any vacancy. We found one and then called back around 5 to see if anything had changed. She said no and would call us back on Sunday. We went back and forth a few times for a couple days until the manager said the owner would not be issuing a refund. Needless to say, I will not be staying there ever again.
