Thank you! We are having our septic system replaced and the crew ran into a snag. We needed a plumber to tie in from under the house to the new tank. They answered on the first call and came out the next day to look at our site. Darrell inspected the area and went the extra step to look over the rest of our plumbing lines. Even though they were busy, we were assured it would be a quick enough job to get us in. We couldn't be happier with the work completed and the price. Communication was great every step.

Water pipes busted under house due to freeze. The house is being rented out and tenants are amazing at taking care of property. They came out and said it needs to dry out and came back a couple days later. He charged 150.00 an hour and claimed it took him 7 hours to fix pipe. My husband is a handyman and had looked at it just didnt have time to do it and figured about a 4 hour job because it was under the house. So McCain employee came back fixed it and tenants said ac was not working. It turned out employee while fixing pipes kicked ac wire and shorted out the ac electric box which ended up costing 1800.00 dollars of damages. He left all the old pipes next to ac and didnt clean up after himself. After calling McCain to let them know he did come back and clean it. I am sure that was rolled into the crazy price! I called for the amount of bill a week later and it wasnt ready and explained the damage done and they were going to get back with me. Weeks later they called wanting to know why I havent paid bill. I have every intention of paying but was waiting on company to honor or work out the damages done to ac. The secretary was nice and said plumber would call me back. He did a week later saying of course he didnt do it. So I just paid the bill but will not use them again. Poor service and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. He blamed the tenants. 1200.00 dollars for them to fix pipes and 1800.00 damage to ac. That is an EXPENSIVE lesson to learn. Mathew company is better service and MUCH cheaper. I dont know if they would take responsibility for mistakes because they have not destroyed anything when they came out. I encourage everyone to go somewhere else!

Great arrived less then 30 minutes after my call @ 8:30 am! Unplugged my drain and gone within a Hour! Plus give me 20 percent Senior Discount ! I will use no other Plummer and Havent for over 50 years! Great Family !!!!!!!

Very bad customer service. Called for shower drainage both service man and secretary just hung up on me when discussing my dissatisfaction. He was able to open the drain up very little and when I ask that I wasnt satisfied he said that was all he can do and when I questioned what my options he just left the site . He. Went back and said I refuse to pay him. He left never was giving a reason or an options for me. When they called the next day then they said I had to change the cast pipes . Horrible experience this time with them . I will not be using this company again .
