        Booked a double bed room for my family, showed up to only be given a king sized bed.. they wouldn’t change the room, only offered a rollaway bed. The manager was extremely rude about the situation. The sheets were dirty and there was only one elevator working, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this hotel to ANYONE. AWFUL experience 0/10

        The Fairmont Hotel in Dallas is a lovely hotel with all you'd ever want. The employees go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

        Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Location was within walking distance of the American Airlines center. When I booked the room one amenity was free parking. When I arrived we were told they only have valet parking which was 34$ each day. The room was already pricey without this fee plus tipping each time we needed to leave was a little much. One other thing I noticed is around dark the lobby and bar filled up with people drinking. Probably not the best pick of hotels if you have children.
