Anytime I have emailed, havent received a response. The one time I talked one the phone, she was extremely rude. Really makes me want to go back to spending 70/month just so Im not an account of hers. If transferring was an option, I would do it in a heartbeat. Will go back to Geico once my contract is up.

We filed our first ever claim after being with Allstate for 9 years. The only thing the agent can help you with as far as a claim goes is direct you to the online portal (which isn't very user-friendly) and make a phone call to "escalate the situation". The staff stated when I called again for help "The only thing we can do is make a phone call like we did before". They are not certified to help you with claims or guide you through the process therefore you have to speak directly to the claims department and adjustor, which has proven to be time consuming and frustrating. We filed our claim in the beginning of September and it is still opened. There have been countless emails and phone calls on my part to try and get this resolved with minimal help from the agent.
