        My grandmother had been dealing with bedbugs at this place since March of this year. No one from the office has done anything about it. They put out a letter in the front office around the beginning of the year. But this is a continuous issue, and it need to be addressed immediately. Check on your people here because they could be living with bed bugs.

        I lived at Amelia Parc for 6 yrs and loved it! Management and maintenance staff were always polite, friendly and helpful and responded w/in 24 hrs if I had a problem. Angie was kind, friendly and very patient with seniors who rambled a lot - including me. Building was lovely and they had all the amenities. I only left b/c of rent increase I could no longer afford. Wish I could find another place like them. And they returned every dime of my deposit within just a few weeks! I highly recommend Amelia Parc!
