DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THIS IS ONE OF, IF NOT THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN THE DFW AREA! THE MANAGEMENT ARE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS! I commend anyone seeing this who is considering moving here to please read through my full review. This abysmal establishment does not deserve your money, commitment, or even the 15 minutes of your time to take a tour. Please do not be fooled by their false advertisements of "luxury," as that word has essentially lost all meaning. I will lay out in extensive detail the many problems with this horrible apartment complex. To begin, the unit appliances simply don't work and the water pressure is lousy. Unless you prefer washing every dish by hand, and drying your clothes 3 times only for them to still be damp, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Now for the parking; there is a SUBSTANTIALLY large chance that your car will be towed, and taken a 45 minute Uber ride away where you will then pay $400+ dollars to get it back(I wonder how much Westhouse earns on commission for these tows). I say for certain this will happen because the parking situation is HORRENDOUS, the parking lot is tiny and there aren't nearly enough spaces for everyone, especially with all the reserved parking spaces that most often go entirely unused. Unless you're okay with paying these fines, or parking at the CVS down the street when you get home past 10 PM, DO NOT MOVE HERE! One more DISGUSTING qualities: there is consistently animal feces and urine in the HALLWAYS for MONTHS at a time that NO ONE bothers to clean up. Also, you can't cook anything in these apartments that isn't microwavable without the fire alarms going off with no way to stop them. Additionally, the fire alarms for the entire building have a tendency to go off at random times, sometimes in the middle of the night, and they will take their SWEET TIME to fix it. There are also electronic PIN locks for all the doors, which run out of batteries and die FREQUENTLY. I've been locked out of my own apartment twice at night time, and had to wait 45 minutes for a maintenance person to show up and let me into my own apartment. Finally, the management. They are SCAM ARTISTS! And this is NOT and exaggeration in the slightest. In addition to being EXTREMELY RUDE and IMMATURE, the only thing they are professional at is SCAMMING PEOPLE. My roommate and I were recommended this place by a friend, and they CLAIM to have a referral program so our buddy would receive money for the referral. Shortly after moving in we referred a different friend of ours who then moved in so that we could receive a referral. This was all documented and in writing. When we and our original friend went to the office to get our referral bonuses after months of calling and asking about it, management refused to give it to us, as it was the PREVIOUS general manager who approved them. So we were scammed and received absolutely nothing. Once again, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT, WITH DISGUSTING FACILITIES AND THE MOST OUTRAGEOUSLY POOR MANAGEMENT IVE EVER SEEN. Truly, save yourself the trouble and move ANYWHERE else.

10/10 Here I am again LOL Had to come here and write a second review because this place is so great, I would recommend this to anyone. The manager runs a tight, well oiled ship- and you can tell. They are very kind and respond fast. Maintenance is fast. Its small and has a ton of awesome amenities. Seriously, you want to live here!

UPDATE - I have lived her for a little while now and i can say this is the best community ive lived at. Leasing office is amazing, residents are super friendly and ive actually gotten to know a few quite well. Seriously 10/10. I wish i could write 10 reviews This is an outstanding apartment community. The prices are reasonable, the community grounds seem to be very well kept up with. The gate have been closed every time I've visited. The real seller for me is the staff I've been in communication with. They are very responsive , knowledgeable and understanding of the 1000 questions I had. Bayleigh is just amazing, she has truly made the process easy for me. I can feel that she has gone above and beyond behind the scenes to ensure We received great service. She always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner and for that alone I applaud her. So to the community manager- you have a special agent on your hands!
