A bunch of noisy drunks still hang out in the parking lot. By the way it is now called Sunset Heights and nothing has changed from the time the review was posted 2 years ago. Many empty units because prospective applicants see the activity that goes on and do not want to live somewhere that has that kind of activity for that long with nothing being done about it.
