    The new manager Adriana Gonzales ( Bilingual English-Spanish)been doing a wonderful job ...since she started managing you can tell the difference...she always shows concern and is will to helps about any issue that you have at the property....my carpet was cleaned this week ... they cleaned the air conditioning ducts and other small fixes in my apartment too...new painting at the exterior...apartments totally renovated....the exterior of the property looks clean...almost always next day work orders done...the new maintenance guy who by the way is always willing to help too ... He does a very neat job...well a really positive change since the new management team stared!

    I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone. I can say that you will experience situations here that you have never experienced elsewhere or even in your lifetime. I screenshot everything and take pictures of everything because staff at the office has no worth on their word neither will keep up with any arrangements or promises. This complex have been sold 3 times in 1 year. At first we were dealing with an apartment manager from FAIRMONT that was moving people in apartments that were not habitable and then came up that a lot of residents rent payments were missing. Next on Feb 15th we started dealing with BLUE ATLAS and that was a worse experience because not only leaving all residents without any stove for 5 weeks they DID NOT provide anything for us to be able to cook or even eat at home. They offered a slice of pizza on 02/18 to compensate the stove issue that was not resolved until mid March. They promised credit/reimbursements that were not given to a majority of the residents. Then in June this other company TOUCHSTONE came in with a horrible treat to the current residents. Not only saying that they will not apply or do anything that previous companies said or promised but also not even working with us to investigate why we are being charged different amounts for gas usage for the 5 weeks which we did not have a gas stove (only used gas for water) and trash services fees that month to month the amount varies from $15-35. Moved in Nov 2021 and I have been requesting PEST CONTROL to come by and not one person has come by every time I ask about it they just say that they had to let go or fired the company that they were doing business with and are currently waiting to contract a new one. (ALL COMPANIES HAVE USED THE SAME EXCUSE). These apartments have a VERY issue with roach infestation, A/C issues (gets shut off multiple times throughout the month), sewer issues (horrible smell in the apartment) and mold issues (office sent maintenance guy to Home Depot to buy mold killer and sent it personally to me so I can do it myself). They never keep up with the payments you make and always have something new to charge you for and will require a receipt to show proof it’s been paid instead of checking their records and updating it correctly. During this time of different companies buying the complex I have also seen so many maintenance guys quit because of the bad management and lack of help or even supplies. And even leasing agents with quit because of that.
