        The manager, Dawn, is cutest thang on earth. And she goes the extra mile ALWAYS , making Spanish Gardens SPECIAL. If ever a problem, just yell "BOOMER!", and SOONER than later she is SPIT SPOT, making everything perfect again. You will love living here. Quiet, gorgeous windows. It's a Ridglea treasure!!!!!

        The manager on this facility is not trustworthy. They had a tenant call us to go look at a critter problem. I was wondering why the office didnt call us instead of having a tenant call us. I soon realized they have critters and arent wanting to take care of problem. They told us they had multiple companies already out there. I spoke with Jonathan the manager and he said he would pay us to do a inspection and later decided not to pay the inspection. Now I know why multiple companies have gone out and their problem still isnt resolved. Bad management.
