Gordon Boswell Flowers

Unbelievable that this kind of service is acceptable in business. Ordered 3 items to be delivered to a funeral home in Granbury and they transferred order to a local florist near to them. Smart business would be to go verify someone you allow to use your name would have your quality flowers. Not even close. Wilted roses on day one delivery ? Really ? I realize $130 for arrangement is not as much as a spray but this is absolutely embarrassing. Not only that, there were specifically suppose to be two of one plant for two grandchildren to leave with (only one of them arrived) called and was told there was confusion on order ? There was clearly no confusion on bill ? They charged for two of them? Over $250 in total purchases and if I had not noticed there was a plant missing I am certain nobody would have ever called me or adjusted the bill even. Disgusted with this whole experience with Boswell. Never again. And I will certainly tell anyone who will listen this is despicable behavior during a time of loss. You should not offer delivery if you can’t do what is promised period.

This location is closed but you can still order Gordon Boswell flowers at the same number or stop by the newly remodeled showroom on Pennsylvania not far away. Boswell's has maintained the best reputation in Fort Worth for decades for good reason. You'll always get the most fresh, lush and full, artistic arrangement in a quality vase and it'll be on time and delivered with care. If you're not sure what to get just say designer's choice and know that something really beautiful will be delivered. I'm an independent delivery driver and I've seen other florist's flowers and Boswell's always look superior.

Terrible. Ordered via teleflora and the delivered arrangement looked nothing like the pictured arrangement other than they were tulips (in poor condition). Wrong color tulips, vase, and bow. Teleflora provided a refund of $12. Will never use either of these businesses again.

Quick delivery, however, the flowers were pretty sad. Like real sad. Won't order from them again. Wish i could upload the picture
