The water line to my kitchen busted and caused a ton of water damage. The bedroom behind the kitchen got soaked, and the carpet felt like I was walking on water. Thankfully, I reached out to Restoration of Fort Worth for help. They had to replace all the flooring and remove the wet carpet pad that had been soaked for so long. Seemed good at first. One of the only places to call me back after snow-mageddon 2021. But that was 3 months ago. Took them 6 weeks for an estimate and they are currently ignoring me and my insurance company. Complete customer service fail.

We had a client that had an issue in their home. We recommended that they call Restoration 1 of Fort Worth to come out and do a free assessment to see if the issue was a potential problem and if the homeowner needed to file a claim. It turned out that our client did not need to file a claim, and they were able to take care of our client and get their home dried out. Our client was extremely happy with the service provided by Restoration 1. We will continue to refer work their way, and would recommend them to others and use them ourselves.
