Best Western N.E. Mall Inn & Suites

This place was disgusting and unsafe the smoke detectors was removed the sheets had stains on it front desk guy was kind of rude got us new blankets but the new blankets had staineds on it too I guess bleach is too expensive, lights in the bathroom didnt work trash bagged and just sitting there this is advertised a hotel should be a motel would not say here again Im so glad I was here for one night had it been two I would have canceled the second night and stayed somewhere else

Will never stay in a quality inn ever again!!! Its one thing to be old but to be dirty is another... nasty is a better word to describe the bathroom, the walls, the shower curtain, the towels  and the bed sheets had like hand prints on them.. horribleHow do we give zero

Recommend avoiding this place, I got to this hotel as a result of a missed flight. The airline assigned it. The room - Was stinking, tap broken, dirty linens, the broken window in my room was like salt to the wound as I could clearly hear the traffic from the highway. Still surprised that they ran out of toothpaste. Overall, a forgetful experience!

when we arrived there was bloodstains on the sheets, when we asked for new ones they refused and tried to blame the blood stains on us, we slept without blankets the first night and they refused to give us blankets for the pull out couch aswell. as we were leaving the manager was looking through the window while i was changing. never ever stay here.

Absolutely terrible where do I even start. First of all the staff is rude, we booked a suite for a night and when we got to the room the floor was soaking wet from the AC being broken and leaking all over the place. The trim was wet and molded. Theres was mold on every single wall in the room. When we asked to be moved we were told there were no more rooms available. The hot tub jets didnt work at all. They only gave us a half of a roll of toilet paper and one towel! Woke up to roaches crawling on all of our food. This place is disgusting. I will never EVER be staying here again. I know many people and will be telling everyone about this horrific experience.
