Went to Clayton and after taking my money, forcing me into one lender and then giving me the run around, I got my refund and stopped by to see Mark and his team and with their help and Marks knowledge of the lending I was able to get an almost identical home, with more options, better finishes and more space for less money and used my land as a down payment. Thanks guys.

Omg! This place is amazing. When everywhere else told me no or threw their keys at me or asked for money before they’d show me a home, Mark and his team took the time, had no pressure and got me into a home. It was just what I needed and exactly what I needed. If I decide to buy another one they’re my first stop.

Awesome team, great company and beautiful homes. Got approved for the home of my dreams, but the deposit was a little more than I have right now. So Mark got me partnered with one of their credit repair teams and in about 5-7 months I’ll be able to buy my home with a lower down. This team has everything you need to get into a home. Thanks to Mark and his team, I’ll be in my new home next year. Go see them if your in need of a home. They will do everything it takes to get you what you want and what you need.

This team at Orleans Housing are amazing. At first we got there, we felt discouraged and defeated as we’ve tried twice before the same day at Palm Harbor and Clayton. Before they’d show us a home at the other places they told us we wouldn’t even be approved. We came to Orleans Housing and we did a free consultation, seen the homes and we fell in love with Melissa, Mark and their homes. Melissa explained every step to my wife and I and Mark did wonders explaining the financing and the application. After about 24 hours we got called in for a finance consult to go over the approvals, yes the approvals, meaning more than one, that Mark got for us. We chose one, paid and deposit and after finding land, that they helped us with as well, we got in our home about 4 weeks later and we love it. Their before and after service is incredible and they deliver everything they promise. Come see Mark and his team if your in need of a home.

The company as a whole is great. They helped my mother get out of her old, leaking and unsafe home and got her into a brand new home with 10 year warranty and more. I’d send everyone there. Great job to Mark and his team.
