Fort Worth Property Group LLC

Sandy and the Fort Worth Property Group appeared to be a great benefit in the sale of our home. Sandy suggested we leave our patio/outdoor kitchen BBQ grill, refrigerator, and 12 foot swim spa as bargaining chips for further negotiations. After signing with Fort Worth Property Group everything moved forward and we had an offer in 7 days offering our asking price. That was great we thought. However, there was a contingency on the offer that it was dependent on the appraisal of the home. It also included all of our "bargaining chips" on the back patio. Since the offer was the same as our ask, we accepted the offer. The appraisal came in $10K under our ask and one week prior to the scheduled close date. It was at this point that those further negotiations began. I should mention that the same, Fort Worth Property Group represented the buyers as well as us, the sellers. My biggest complaint with Sandy and his group is we felt like THEY were working more for the buyers than they were for us, the sellers. If I had it to do all over again, I would not have listened to Sandy and would have only accepted the offer had other portions of the contract, "those bargaining chips" valued at $15K-$20K been renegotiated as well. We gave away many items that were in the contract at Sandy's suggestion as, "Bargaining chips". We simply felt abandoned by who was supposedly representing our interest. I gave two stars...my wife said they only deserve one star.

Sandy and his team are extremely proficient, proactive and professional. In the years that I've worked with Sandy, he's been one of the most knowledgeable, resourceful people I've dealt with. His team is always quick to respond to inquiries, and was helpful in keeping us educated about the processes as we looked for a new place to live.

I contacted Ft worth property group and talked with the about selling my house. I told them the time frame and when I was wanting to sell. They contacted me. At the time I was ready. Showed me a few things I should do to be ready for sale I did those repairs. We then put the house on the market. And 4 days later we had a few full price offers. I was stunned how quick and easy my sale went sandy and Cindy helped me through the process every step of the way. And 6 months later they found me my new home. We purchased and moved in. Very easy people to deal with and very good at what they do. If I could I'd give them 6 ✨ stars thanks very much. John. In ft. Worth.

Ended up working with Sanford through the home buying process in Fort Worth. The experience was smooth, no hiccups, no hidden fees and no surprises. We were pleasantly surprised to land the home and get through everything in a shorter amount of time then we originally planned. The timeline was important to us, and our contact and his team made the process nice. Good group here.
