This is an honest review compared to other Cadillac dealerships I've experienced. First I arrived and sat there for some time. I was waiting for someone to greet me at my vehicle as they usually do but it didn't happen. I saw a few guys but no one raised their head to acknowledge the fact I pulled in. So I walked in to what I figured was the service area and got the attention of a guy behind one of the desks. I basically had to ask to get service for an oil change. The guy wanted to hand me off to another guy but decided to get my vehicle information himself. He advised me that it would be about an hour for an oil change and courtesy wash. I waited almost 2.5 hours. I had to find the guy who initially helped me and he brought my car around and apologized about the long wait. I didn't see many people there so maybe they were just short staffed or something for it to take so long. Compared to the service I am use to, I give them 3.5 out of 5 stars overall. The job at least got done and my car is happy again.

We have owned Cadillacs for the past 30 years. When the CT5-V was announced , we knew we wanted one. The effects of the pandemic made finding one as scarce as hens teeth. One showed up on Lone Star Cadillac website. We dealt with Ata Barakat. He made the whole process so easy and we were able to complete all the paperwork on line. A salesman with the patience and product knowledge of Ata is a real asset to the dealership. We bought the car without seeing or test driving it. As soon as the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Ata made arrangements for it to be delivered to us. Jason made the 3 hour trip to Oklahoma outside normal business hours with a severe thunderstorm brewing. Outstanding service. Thank you, Lone Star Cadillac for the beautiful black 2022 CT5-V.

I just purchased a new 2022 XT4. While the process wasnt perfect (Is any major purchase?) The service and people made up for any frustrations I might have felt during the process. Kevin Perkins and Brian Herrera were both great to work with and really made a deal (that I was happy with) happen. Huge thanks to both Kevin and Brian for all of their hard work!!!! And if that wasnt good enough, the exceptional service even extended to financing with Benito Juarez! Wow, he was awesome! Answered all of my questions, even upsold me on a maintenance package and was very fast and efficient during the paperwork process! Benito is the man!! If youre looking to purchase a new vehicle, please ask for any and all of the names I have listed and I promise you will thank me later! Thanks Lonestar Team!!!
