Im upset, I were asking the assistant whos working on my sons braces. Boss jumped in said I cant ask questions every visit. cause they have many patients, no time to answers. At beginning of this process, they made us go back and forth 4,5 trips wasted because they lacked tracking their schedules. Now my last question is: Is it possible to cancel this in the middle and will other dentists will take over from here? But I cant open my mouth ask any one here. any one had same experiences, pls advise

This place has no patience for autistic children, they just refer you out to a specialist to finish the appointment. do not recommend, your kids deserve better. The dental assistant that was patient with our kid and talking to him, thank you find a place that appreciates you.

They only put toothpaste on the teeth and consider as regular cleaning. Or they will charge x- ray and diagnose. And they dont let take pictures.
