Beautiful hotel with great restaurants, bars and cafe on site. Centrally located. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future

There were some good things about this hotel. Including friendly staff. But there were too many issues to call this a four start hotel. First the pillows. They are bad. Flat and hurt my neck. So i called and asked for foam. They brought different pillows that werent foam and they were still terrible. (I stay about 60 night in marriotts, 50 in hiltons, and 15 in conference specialty hotels per year. Never had pillow issues before except one Hilton garden inn. They were similar. Then the elevators. They are tiny. On multiple occasions an elevator showed up and was already full. (Three people and a suitcase is full). So often waited 10 minutes. Then the internet. On my third night, I wanted to relax and watch a show. Hadnt used the internet yet. I was disappointed they didnt have Netflix integration on the TV. But no big deal. Couldnt connect to the internet so i called front desk. (On cell, because the room phone didnt work). They said laptops often cant get a signal unless you come down to the lobby. So out of luck. Oh, and the shampoo/conditioner were in super rigid plastic. Couldnt even squeeze product out. So no concierge lounge. Terrible pillows. AC frustrating. No internet. Shampoo container were bad. But the bar made a really good manhattan. And the hummus was great.
