I love this location, doesn't matter if they are slow or busy, the customer service is always amazing and I am in and out!

Every time I come here its an absolute ridiculous situation no one knows whats going on. I schedule my appointments months in advance for my children after being called from mint saying to come in and receive an additional $50 credit Im like why not. I literally waited an hour and finally just called mint corporate myself for them to speak directly to them advising I in fact wasnt lieing. After paying for my daughters services they then said well we cant do the entire procedure shell have to come back and youll have to pay again for nitrous. There was no issues as to why we would have to come back. It was literally 3 fillings on the same side. I am currently here waiting still havent been seen and no one has even bothered to assist in anyway. The worse customer experience Ive ever experienced. At scheduling I provided all insurance information and i am currently waiting for verification after 3 weeks. While writing this review a nice lady named Lauren at the Bass Pro location did finally acknowledge the fact that I am here and waiting she was in the back the entire time and noticed and not one of the front desk ladies even bothered
