        Ive lived at 36sixty four years and it has been cozy and well maintained. Maintenance comes quickly plus lights bulbs and air filters are available at the front office if you want to change them out yourself.

        I recently applied to 36sixty, and so far, Alexis has been amazing. She is very helpful and informative. I was hesitant because of the reviews but, she answered all my questions and help the process go amazing. Thank you again Alexis for all your help and I am looking forward to moving in.

        I visited 36Sixty last week and loved it! Yanique the property manager who gave me a tour was very nice and explained every detail about the apartment complex. The place is lovely and the location is EXCELLENT .
