Yessica in the office is great. I work out of town and she made this experience very easy for me. I moved in with no issues and everything was ready for me when I got there. That staff rocks!!

I just want to thank Jessica and the women in the office for understanding that we were in distress due to a building fire on the property they moved very swiftly with relocating my family and helping us salvage what we could, so to sum it up the office staff is great and very understanding. Yessica is really great I've been living on the property for 16 months and she made me feel welcome from the first day I came into the office.

Been broken into multiple times , complained to the office did nothing about it ! No security on site at all ,shootings during the day time and night time right in front of your face , multiple complaints of mold in apartment and nothing ever done about it . Hands down some of the worst apartments in Houston DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES AND cherish YOUR belongings! They have the worst communication , everything constantly breaks as a fellow inspector for homes it is disgusting. Moving out soon
