I’ve lived here for about 3 months and have no complaints about the staff or maintenance. I put in a work order request at 9pm and maintenance came to my unit the very next morning. I received a follow up call as well. My issue was resolved. I’ve never had an issue with parking. And haven’t seen a roach nor any bugs in my unit since I moved in months ago. For anyone having pest/bug problems, try using “Advion cockroach bait”. You can find it on Amazon. I treated my unit with it before move in and have literally seen no bugs since. Hope this helps. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER MOVING IN! This is by far the worst place to live. My apartment was broken into within the first month. My apartment was wiped out!! The front office was aware of who broke in & did absolutely nothing about it. I did not renew my lease because of their horrible property management. The day I moved out I left the apartment cleaner than when it was when I moved in and was still charged for a cleaning fee. This place is beyond disgusting and infested with roaches just like the girls that run that office.
