        I just resigned my lease for another yr . Usually managers are very mean and standoffs but jc is da man he is very nice and treats you like family. I love it here.

        So this is my 3rd lease im signing. I originally wanted to move out because previous manager/management was un friendly and nasty attitude but when new management came in with a new manager, he convinced me to stay for 6 months and promised me he would send someone to fix my issues. I had the letter of moving out on hand but mr jc was very nice and very friendly and did keep his word on fixing issues previous mgr never did. My 6 months went fast and now i renewed for 12 more months. The manager is a very nice and very professional. You can actually see that he does care for us the renters. If you have issues go see him and he will help you.
