        I came in today looking for assistance with my phone. It was not connecting to the internet and to use many features. Santos was so kind and helpful helping me troubleshoot my phone but we're not able access the internet. I was able to upgrade to another phone with Santos help. The staff was very kind and engaging.

        My initial visit I was assisted by Damien and G. They were both very conversational and friendly. I went in not knowing what I wanted but also I'm a picky person. The phone I chose Damien let me know it was a "unicorn" and would take some time to receive. I also purchased a watch, Later on decided to see if I could switch my watch to a different color. Santos assisted me and did everything he could to switch it for me while keeping me entertained with good conversation as well. In all every one that I came in contact with was so down too earth and helpful.
