The Houston Event Venue

I have been to this venue twice for a wine tasting. I have not booked with this venue directly for my own event.It is one big room, lots of windows and lighting. The view is basic...just the street. The floors are concrete and old, with lots of wear and tear. The room has an industrial,  warehouse vibe. The parking is absolutely horrible. There are a handful of spots at the entry. There is a lot and a field across the street that most people park in but I don't believe it is owned by the venue. Navigation is no easy street to cross. The venue is on the east end in a fairly desolate area.The bathroom had about 3 stalls. There is a stair and a ramp entry to the venue.While I can't attest to pricing and customer service, there is no way I would book this place for my own event, just based on location, aesthetics, and parking. It is however a fairly large space.

It's an excellent venue. Very well appointed. Good staff. Highly recommended.

Nice spot was there for a Wino event. Very nice limited parking at venue but more parking across the street.

Very limited parking. Have to park across the street. It's a little worrisome crossing over Navigation St since it sits in a curve. The grass in the median is overgrown so it leaves you to stand in the intersection to wait to cross the other side. The restrooms were clean.
