        Normally great service. I placed my order online and product wasn't delivered. I went to the store and when they arrived, found out they take online orders and hit them down on paper and my order was lost. They offered delivery, but it was too late for the occasion.

        If you're looking for something very specific in mind, she may not have those flowers that day...BUT...if you're willing to call and say, "I need something happy/colorful/sad for my girlfriend/mom/dad for around $X," she'll knock it out of the park...every time. She does a great job for a great price, and her flowers are always fresh...smell fantastic for well over a week.
