Omg what can I even say but stunning!!!! My bouquet and all the floral was so gorgeous and just like I invisioned!! I almost cried when I saw my bouquet! Thank you for being apart of my special day and making it magical!

My mom and I worked with Emily for my November 2019 wedding and she was great throughout the whole process. All of the flowers were beautiful and fresh and we were beyond happy how they all turned out. I definitely recommend the HEB Design Studio for quality and beautiful wedding flowers!

All I can say is WOW! Andy and the team at Blooms Design Studio knocked my wedding out of the park and took my initial wedding vision to the next level! My husband and I had a vintage, Spanish-inspired wedding and the florals at our wedding were stunning. Everything from the flower crowns for the women in our wedding party, to our signature, show stopping backdrop for our sweetheart table were thoughtfully crafted. It was more than I could have ever imagined! We are so thankful for the genius of Andy and his team.

This review is specifically for Angie and the Blooms department at the HEB on Bunkerhill. A week before I wanted to come in I called to make an appointment at noon with the head florist who I was told came in on Wednesdays. When I got there she (Angie) was not there and a newer employee worked with me. This is where the grievances begin: 1. Angie never showed up for the appointment I was told I had. I told the woman in the store I wanted a bridal bouquet. She quoted me $85 for a muliti color peony bouquet. I showed her a picture of the bouquet I wanted and she said they would add hydrangeas. The photo I showed her had primarily peonies, maybe a couple of spray roses, some greenery, and a few roses but no hydrangeas. 2. I explicitly told her i DID NOT want hydrangeas and she kept arguing with me to the point that I ended up giving her a picture of different very plain bouquet that only had peonies and a ribbon because I didn't have time or energy to argue with her. She eventually puts me on the phone with Angie who says she'll get back to me regarding my bouquet request. Via text I explained to Angie my experience in the store and sent her the bouquet I actually wanted. She didn't apologize or say that she would talk to the woman in the store... She told me there was no guarantee that the color peonies I wanted would come into the store but she could order them and I'd pay $129.99 instead. I agreed to this higher price and told her to proceed. 3. The day before the wedding she texts me that only one color peony had come in and asked if I wanted to pay the $85 or the $129. I had already agreed to the higher price and was confused by the question + annoyed by the fact that I wouldn't even be getting what I wanted since the colors I requested didn't arrive. She told me the price difference was due to me not using HEB product. I'm not sure if this is legit or if she's moonlighting her own stuff or if the woman in the store just gave me the wrong price. Either way none of this should be my problem the day before my wedding. I ended up calling other nearby florists to find out if they had peonies in stock to make the bouquet I wanted. Fortunately, I found Colony Florists on W. Bough Ln. and they saved the day with a multi colour peony bouquet in the design I wanted. I'm very disappointed with the poor experience I had with the Bunker Hill Blooms department. The employees in this section and Angie need a lesson in customer service. I have no way of knowing if Angie actually placed the order for the flowers I requested but from my perspective she didn't even try to make the outcome more palatable. She could have recommended alternate arrangements based on the flowers they did have in stock. She could have tried to source the flowers elsewhere. She could even have recommended silk flower fillers. Instead, she was basically like I have 1 flower, it wont look like what you asked for, "take it or leave it." Very disappointing as HEB usually doesn't let me down.
