Came in for a consultation for a recent funeral for my sister. Judy asked lots of questions in order to get a sense of what we liked. The flowers were GORGEOUS. Theyre always gorgeous. Its the only florist I will allow my husband to use when sending me flowers. LOL. But thats not what I wanted to comment on. Many other arrangements also arrived at the service. I noticed a beautiful plant basket that seemed to perfectly evoke my deceased sisters preferences. Noticing the card was from dear friends of mine, I commented such to them. That is when I found out that they had called Darlenes. And when Judy took the order for a keepsake plant and heard the name of the deceased, she was able to recall all of those personal details (her favorite color in the ribbon, for instance ). She even suggested that it be a basket with 3 smaller plants so that each of her surviving college age sons would be able to have their own plant from the arrangement. Now THAT is customer service. Theyre amazing

A wonderful florist and the gift shop!! Full of goodies you won't see anywhere else. Their sales can't be resisted. From purses to jewelry to clothes, to candles & everything in between. A really great shop to find that perfect gift.

Purchased a dress & necklace. Yesterday..wore it today..a lady @ Cleburnes stooped me to compliment my dress & necklace..referred to me as a classy dressed lady..thank you!! Marilyn Floyd
