        I placed an order all the way from Germany for my mother in law. The guy was very attentive. I accidentally gave the wrong address but the guy still found the address with out delays. I had to pay extra for some chocolates but its understandable that to get them it costs the company time and resources to make it happen. In the end it wasnt a big difference compared to going to the store. I felt as if I was in the US making the order directly. No fuss, no problems just good old service. Thank you Lucy my mom is super happy with her arrangement. Even after a week the flowers look like they were bought yesterday. I will definitely recommend your services.
