My husband and I ordered a large bouquet of purple Tulips for our daughter's birthday, her favorites! When her bouquet was delivered, it had NO purple tulips. Instead she got pink roses. My husband called to inquire why. The woman who answered the phone informed him that they could not get purple tulips so "the owner told her to use what they had available." When we asked for a refund, as this was nothing like what we ordered, we were informed, by email, that we needed to let the florist know when they could go by my daughter's home to pick up the bouquet so that they could issue our refund. Our daughter is a professional woman, who works long hours, and does not have time to coordinate her schedule with this florist so that they can pick up the bouquet they delivered in order for them to issue a refund to us!! So I suppose we will take a hit on this one, but I thought it would be a good idea to leave an appropriate review: you do NOT get what you ordered and paid for when you do business with Cornelius Florist. BUYER BEWARE! Steer clear of this florist. They do shady business, and deliver what they have on hand, not what you paid for and ordered. We got ripped off. There is a good chance you will too.

Horrible customer service, they called me to tell me that they don't have the flowers i ordered, i asked for options and the guy, with a very bad mood, told me that he didn't have time for that and he canceled my order. If you are not happy with your business, DO NOT offer any service. Waste of time with this store.

So very helpful. I ordered some Peonies for my wife and didn't realize they were just a bit to early to get them in session. Owner called me and explained. Offered to refund my money or delay the delivery a few days. I chose a few days. And holy smokes out was worth it. Will always do my business with them.

They did such a great job! Wedding looked spectacular with all the beautiful vibrant colors. My go to flower shop. Thanks guys for such an amazing job.
