I left my position early February with a company I worked with for nearly 8 years. I spoke with Luis and he said he had a company looking for my position and he thought I would be perfect for it. I dont think I would have ever gotten or found this job on my own and I cant thank Luis and Ledgent technology enough for everything.

I recently ended an assignment that was set up through Ledgent Technology, and I must say the experience I had working with this agency exceeds any previous role I've had. The interview process was simple, and effective. I forget the proper name, but there was a video introduction I had to record, which allowed me to virtually introduce my personality and skills. This video was sent to the hiring manager so they could get an idea of who I am before we actually met. For anyone like me, who needed a new role ASAP, this was a clutch way to expedite the process. I worked with Luis Martinez, and he was very proficient in presenting me with an opportunity that matched the preferences I'd given him. Working the assignment he found for me is probably my favorite role thus far because the team I joined was extremely helpful and supportive of my growth in my career. This particular role was a contract position, so there was a limit on the perks of the company that I could take advantage of. That's probably the main reason I moved on to a full time/full benefits role with a new company when an offer was presented. Otherwise, I may have stayed around a bit longer. I would recommend anyone looking for a tech-related role at least reach out and see if something is available in your field. I'm not sure how things would've turned out for me if I hadn't been contacted by Ledgent Technology, but without a doubt their way of assisting job hunters is as effective and efficient as they come!
