They are a complete joke! They will bend backwards to find loop hole to prevent you from getting your claim approved. They’re going to take you through hell and back to even start the process. You can find a better company elsewhere!

They will do everything they can to NOT pay your claim. Make you jump through hoops to get the claim processed and then ask for hundreds of documents from your Dr weekly. Basically to avoid having to pay anything. I would not recommend any company using UNUM as a benefit provider, they are unorganized and WONT PAY YOUR CLAIMS!

Employees say one thing and literally do everything but ! Worst experience I’ve ever had I already had a issue prior with insurances and this I thought would be a easy process .. GUESS NOT!! Told me I’d be paid for 2 weeks I got a deposit for 1 day! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!!!

You cannot give zero stars so I give the least I can. This company is a joke. They require mounds of paperwork, only to delay your claim for 5 business days everytime you have to send in more paperwork. When you are finally approved, they only give you a portion of what you are due. Stay far away from this company when it comes to any sort of insurance policies.
