Advice Insurance Group doesn't even deserve one star because of their neglect of their fiduciary responsibility towards clients. They do not return phone calls nor do they shop to place you in the best policy to meet your insurance needs. They should be reported to the Texas Department of Insurance for their negligence.

We have been clients of this company for more than 30 years. The former owner, Mr. Hoshang Norouzi, was great, but he has sold the business. The new owners are completely unresponsive at this time, and we are unable to obtain insurance certificates in a timely manner. Presently, firing this company is under serious consideration.

This was an excellent insurance company. However, a change in personnel over the past year has resulted in terrible service. I referred Advice to a neighbor in May. He told me that he couldn't get a call back, so I contacted them on his behalf. I was assurred that he would be contacted. Later, he told he that he had to contact another broker to get a Lighthouse policy because Advice wouldn't call him. Next month my policy comes up for renewal. I've called Advice several times over the past 2.5 weeks for quotes and have not received calls when told I would and still have not received a quote despite being told that I would "by Friday." Terrible customer service!!!
