I frequent this store at least 2 to 3 times a week. In the last several months there have been multiple times I have shown up and the door is locked with a sign "Be Back in 15 Minutes" ..Several times I have driven around for 20 to 30 minutes just to return and find the door is still locked. The gentleman that works behind the counter never greets the customers nor does he make eye contact. I go here because it is convenient but will be looking for a new store to service my mailing needs ....

I'm still sitting in the parking lot I can't believe how horrible I was just treated. The man that came to help me was so rude rolled his eyes at me bc I asked his opinion on what would be best for me to use priority mail or something else that is cost efficient to me. Then he lied to me and said I'm not allowed to put cash in my envelope . I said yes I am the county clerk office said to send cash or money order. Needless to say I took my papers and walked out. I can not believe he treats people this way.

Once I found Postmark Mail in the Echo Lane shopping center, I started coming here ALL the time for my mailing, copying, & faxing needs. The employee's are super friendly & knowledgeable. The store has a great card selection, & also sells a few one-of-a-kind gifts!! You will definitely be well pleased wirh the services you receive

Charged 3x fedex rate for overnight. Then sent it 2 night.....not happy.
