Couture Nails

I very rarely write reviews, but this place is awful! My 12 year old saved her money to go in to get her nails done. She left in tears. They cut her fingers to the point of bleeding. When she told them they were hurting her they told her they were helping her. She came home and is immediately removing them because they hurt. You can see in the pictures how they cut the skin from her fingers. They were rough and aggressive with her. They offered her a discount for being a student, but not due to the awful job they did. There are three pictures attached. Two are of my daughter's hand and one is what she asked for.

Didn’t seem to be interested in doing my nails. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t even stay to get my nails polished because of this. Very rough and didn’t seem to value me as a customer so I wont be going back. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.

I came in and specifically asked for dip powder on my nails. The lady who did my nails decided to put acrylic on my nails instead. (I’m pretty sure she’s the owner) I wasn’t going to argue as long as they looked nice. The application was horrible and she left acrylic hanging over my cuticle line. The nails started lifting in two days so I went back and told her how they were all lifting, the acrylic had even chipped off of a few nails and I don’t abuse my nails or do manual labor so this shouldn’t have happened. While she was fixing the nails she was really rude and rough and made almost all of my cuticles bleed. I had small scabs on several of my fingers. She even used the drill bit on my actual finger above my cuticle, causing it to be extremely raw and scab the next day. It’s now been a week and a half since then and one of the nails has already popped off. I’m never coming back. Service: Acrylic nails

Me and my daughter went in for hands and feet. I got a full set and she got regular paint on her hands and feet. We were the only 2 customers. After a while 2 of the owners friends came in with another worker. I was getting my nails done and my daughter was still waiting with her feet soaking. The other worker immediately got started on her friends feet that she came in with. Whule my daughter continued to have to sit and wait until my nails were finished for the first worker to start on my daughter's feet. Then a man came in and the woman told him she will be with him in 5 minutes and proceeded to rush through my daighters hands and feet. Even though her feet were soaking, the woman did not scrub, lotion, or clean her feet. She rushed through ot after my 7 year old daughter waited paitently after being pushed back so her friends could get serviced first.
